Regular price $82.00 Sale

We are excited to be able to offer The Fibre Company's new yarn "Cirro" in this Chamallow kit, since we haven't picked it up for the shop yet. The kit includes enough Cirro for your chosen size, a code for downloading the pattern, and a project bag.

About Chamallow:

From the designer, Emilie Luis:

Chamallow is a comfortable and feminine sweater with a deep V-neck.  It is knit from top-down, seamlessly.  You start knitting the yoke for the back then fronts are picked up on the bottom from shoulders and formed with short rows.  The, the body (back and front) is worked in the round with a set of decreases to slightly tighten the bottom of the sweater.  The sleeves are picked up and worked in the round using magic-loop or DPNs.  The V-neck is finished with a double ribbed collar.

The pattern offers nine sizes, with finished chest circumferences ranging from 36.25 inches to 68 inches. You can get more information about this pattern on Ravelry here.

About Cirro:

The Fibre Co.’s first brushed yarn is processed in a mill in Southern Peru, home of the alpaca. It is a sport weight yarn that combines the long lustrous Suri alpaca fibre with Merino wool. The brushed effect is created by wrapping this blend around an organic cotton binder thread to achieve a light and airy yarn perfectly balanced for body and drape. Cirro creates a delightfully soft haloed fabric that is light as a feather and easily worn next to the skin.

  • 40% Suri alpaca, 40% organic cotton, 20% Merino wool
  • 246y/225m (50g)
  • Weight category: sport
  • Gently hand wash colours separately in cool water.
  • Made in Peru
