Marie Greene is the founder of Olive Knits, an independent design brand emphasizing classic, seamless designs. She learned to knit as a young girl with patterns from the 1940s (thanks to her Grandma Margery); it was love at first sight. Knitting has been her constant companion ever since. Marie's work has been featured by Laine Magazine and The Fibre Company, and also includes her viral annual 4 Day KAL. Marie teaches her engaging techniques at workshops, festivals and yarn shops around the world. She is the author of Seamless Knit Sweaters in 2 Weeks, Knit Shawls & Wraps in 1 Week, and Knit A Little. Marie lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband.
