If you are as excited as we are about MDK's Bang Out a Sweater KAL starting February 1st (get the details here!), you're probably looking for some Lettlopi for your Daytripper Cardigan. We've got you covered!
The pattern calls for a main color plus six contrast colors (A-F), and the quantities needed for the contrast colors is the same for all of the sizes. So to simplify the selection process, we've put together two sets of contrast colors. Pick your favorite, and then all you have to do is choose a main color to go with it!
Of course, if you prefer to pick all seven colors yourself (we get it!), you can see our entire inventory of Lettlopi at this link.
Exactly what is included in the kit?
The Daytripper Yoke Kit contains a total of seven 50g balls of Lettlopi:
2 balls of Contrast Color A (used in the edging and button bands) and 1 ball each of B-F. It does not include the main color or the pattern. You can shop for your main color at this link, and the pattern is available in MDK Field Guide No. 17: Lopi.
Combo 1: This combination very closely matches the colors shown in the photograph in the pattern. If you pair Combo 1 with 1418-Straw for a main color, it will be identical to the colors pictured except that the blue in our combo is 9420-Navy. Alternative suggested main colors include 1415-Rough Sea, 1416-Moor, and 0005-Black Heather.
