Knitted lace is so beautiful and shows up everywhere, in shawls, and sweaters, and even in socks! And whether it's swirling leaves, simple eyelets, or open meshwork, it's all created by simply combining yarnovers and decreases. This single-session class will cover tips and tricks for successfully knitting lace. We will talk about how to read a lace chart, how to avoid the most common mistakes, and how to fix them when they do happen. The instructor will also share some advice about choosing a first lace project. There is a small homework assignment to complete before the first class.
